Cannot open Apps under all programs in build 10074

Solution
I don't have any experience with Classic Shell, maybe someone else will. I try not to run third party software in the trial periods, just in case it might be misbehaving.

Is you Video driver installed and configured correctly? Was this an upgrade install, and from what?

Are you saying you can't see anything in the All Apps section? Is there a scroll bar next to the tiles on the Start Screen?

If you have apps listed, which ones are you trying to open and have you tried pinning it to the Taskbar and open from there?

I can't see any apps. There is a scroll bar next to the Start Screen. I am using classic shell. I had the same problem with build 10069.
