Hm I don't remember if I disabled the Send Feedback/disabled shortcuts or it was removed from the RC, but I'll post it here. I'm using Windows 7 Basic theme on a laptop with bad ATI support so with Aero I get crashes when I go full screen in video/flash, but with the Basic theme enabled, if I close the latest version of Windows Live Messenger, it tends to show a minimizing animation to the bottom right corner near the system tray (where MSN used to minimize too). Also, I disabled minimizing effects and MSN still shows them (not a bug really because it happens in all versions of Windows even if you disable minimizing effect). But it's minimizing to the right when it should minimize to the icon in the taskbar.
