How to solve this and what ever changed i do Uac is showed up and Yes button is disabled "Grey"..
Help me :confused::confused:

That's what the UAC does when there are no administrator accounts. Try to boot into safe mode, which will allow access to the administrator account. From there un-check the "Account is disabled" option. See here how to do this: Built-in Administrator Account - Enable or Disable - Windows 7 Forums
