I am using IE 11.0.9600.17690, update version 11.0.17 on windows 8.1 64 bit. Very often I get a window that pops up with a message that IE has stopped working. If I ignore the message and click to close the window, IE works as if nothing had happened.

Does anyone know if this is a known issue? Maybe I have something wrong with my configuration?

Thanks for any advice.

Regards, Jim

What if any add-on's and or extensions do you have installed in IE? Have you tried resetting IE to default settings?

Thanks for your reply.

I don't have any extensions. I really haven't done any setting changes other than syncing Favorites across my Windows 8.1 PCs.
I guess this not some known issue?

Thanks, Jim
