Hi

How did you install it?
Was it an upgrade from Windows 8, or a fresh install?

If you have a Windows 10 installation disk try putting that in and running Repair.

Did it ever load into Windows 10 or did this error happen during the installation?

Any information you can give will help people here figure out what it going on.
