Hello

Woke up this morning to go on my PC which is normally very fast.
This keeps on popping up, I'm not an amateur on computer so I've done virus checks, malware bytes and tried to remove it but I cannot.

PS: Ignore the DOCX file as thats my document, its just the the chinese writing!

I'd format my system and reinstall windows... what was it doing when this issue popped up?
