2, second web doest not offer these isos i strongly need:

You wont find any for Office at all. The only ISO's available are for windows 7.....which sucks. Although I do understand why MS is doing this....but have a look here.

i'm confused, there isnt other lang localisation, is it ?

and is same digitalriver.com as digitalrivercontent.net ?
i was wondering write them email and ask for lang modifications

It really sucks that you can't get an ISO from MS if you have a legit key. PCs mostly now come preinstalled with just a recovery partition and not a actual install disk.
