📎 AI Summary:
The user BlackLion89 is experiencing an issue with XAMPP where Apache fails to start, receiving an error about a possible blocked port or permission issue. Despite running the control panel as administrator, the problem persists. A reply suggests running it as admin, which BlackLion89 confirms they've already done, leading them to consider that the issue might be with the application itself.
