Windows 7 Problem With Aero on Win 7

Hi there i´m having a problem with aero on my pc since i have updated my hraphic card drivers to the most recent( the driver is for win 7 32bit) the graphic is a asus eah3650 256mb DDR3, the aero always works great but know it won´t work i have tried the troubleshoter and it says that the windows desktop manager is disabled but i go on the control panel, services and it is running?
What do i need to do?
