So after 30 hours on Fallout 4, my computer shut down while it was launching. Now, when I launch it, the game runs but it is only in the background. I can't see it, play it, etc. I've reinstalled 3 times, gotten the drivers, verified my cache, asked 5 other websites, etc. etc.

Open Task Manager (Ctrl+Shift+Esc) and select "Fallout 4" and click "Switch to"
Hope it works!
