I don't really know what could be causing this problem, and it's kind of specific so I don't know what to search for on the internet.
Something on my computer is opening web pages in my default browser (chrome) very often, with the frequency ranging from opening once every hour, to opening it 10 times within a minute. It can even be opened 2 or 3 times at once.
The page is the MSN Deutschland page, but a page for the XBox has also opened recently. This happens no matter whether or not i'm using the computer at the time and doesn't seem to be linked to any specific program being open.
Does anyone have any idea what could be doing this, and most importantly how to stop it?

Hi,
probably the first thing I would consider is malware/virus?

Try running this application: (it's free )
Okay i'll give it a go, thanks. I just don't know why the virus makers would want me to see the MSN Deutschland page so much XD
