In task manager, I have csr.exe and Firefox.exe running with a description of "Damn2." I don't even use Firefox, so what is this?

Solution
Damn2 has nothing to do with Windows, and csr.exe is most probably malware. A basic question is, how and where did you get them? It most probably came with some installation, or connected to one, or visiting a dubious site, gaming or something - not putting any blame here!. A main question is, how much of CPU or Memory power it takes.

Anyway, it's nothing Windows needs. So you can get rid of them. The basic method is to uninstall, through Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Programs and Features, or perhaps Revo uninstaller, http://www.revouninstaller.com/revo_uninstaller_free_download.html

You should be able to get rid of both csr.exe and Firefox.exe that way. Hope you get it running, it's not always that simple. :)
