I have a new TV that runs at 120Hz, but my video card is only running at 60Hz. It's a diamond 5770 ATI card. let me know what I am doing wrong.

Check with in the CCC and windows 7 resolution settings. You maybe able to add 720p and 1080p resolutions which might add (force) the 120Hz setting. If all else fails check with your card manufacturer>
