Is it possible to turn all background data usage off on W10? I am on limited data, so I need to watch every mb I use. Thanks.

Thanks Joe! I had W10 installed a few weeks ago, but uninstalled because I couldn't get data turned off even after I had all browsers off, auto update, etc. Is Spybot-anti beacon safe?

I'm using it on Windows 7 and had it on Windows 10 in a virtual machine. They added some tracking junk into windows 7 and 8 too.
