I having a problem with my windows 7 ultimate PC which prevents me from copying / creating any file / folder on any of my USB drives (flash & disk).

Solution
It could be an issue of rights. To start with, right click the disk in Explorer, choose Properties, then Security, and you will see the situation. You should probably be as an Admin, to use the disk. You can also check it in Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\User Accounts

Does USB otherwise function?
