Are these downloaded without user intervention? I looked in the control panel/security section and I don't see anything about them. My desktop win7 got a few yesterday but I didn't get any on w10. Is there a list of installed updates that one can see? Another mystery...not worried, just wondering.

You can see them under Control Panel > Programs and Features > View Installed Updates or from powershell by typing Get-HotFix
