how and to solve this problem....

An image from 'Update i5 1gb windows anniversary'. The PC shows unsupported CPU and low disk space for Windows 10 install, despite having Intel i5 CPUs.

Well for the bottom item it looks like you don't have enough disk space so you need to make room. It also states your CPU isn't supported which is strange because gen 4 should work.

What version of Windows are you trying to upgrade from? W7/8x or W10? Which version. Please use the winlogo-key+R on your keyboard and type the "winver" command. Post results back. There are 3 versions of the Anniversary Update all at v1607.
