Windows 7 When i press on Choose media streaming options... Explorer.exe doesn't responding

When i press on Choose media streaming options... on the [Control Panel\Network and Internet\Network and Sharing Center\Advanced sharing settings] Windows 7 explorer.exe wont responde and its closing it. can someone help me please?

If it is delaying, it might be looking for some device or network. But there is quite a bit of information in Help and Support if you look for media streaming. Maybe something there will lead you into a solution.
