Windows 7 Where do I find Audio settings in Windows 7 Home?

If you right click on the speaker icon in the task tray (bottom right of your screen), you will find the settings.

This did not work, I need to find Audio settings that will allow me to enter MP3 as the player of choice to allow me to record audio when copying tutorials from Utube or like sites. I am using ACA Capture Pro for recording software.
