📎 AI Summary:
The thread discusses issues with freezing during gaming or watching videos on a Windows 10 PC, despite having capable hardware like an i5 processor, 8GB RAM, and GTX 960. The original poster is seeking help for these freezes, which started recently, and also questions why their main email is banned on the site. A suggested solution from another user points to possible overheating due to dust-clogged cooling systems, advising cleaning the CPU and GPU to resolve the problem.

Solution
It is probably related to the cleanliness (dust) of the cpu cooling system. When playing games or watching movies the cpu works hard and needs more cooling. If your cooling system is dirty, it could cause freezing of your screen. The video card needs also good cooling, check this also. Use a small vacuum cleaner or/and a compressed air can.
