Ok so on my desktop (currently windows 7) I can not connect to the Internet. It keeps saying "this page cannot be displayed". This also happens to my laptop but not my iPhone, play station, and ipad. The Internet provider is not the problem we've been working with them but there is nothing they can do. When turning off the desktop it says "please do not power off or unplug your ,aching. Installing update 1 of 29. When turning it back on it says "failed to configure update, reverting changes."
