I got a message that Windows search was turned off, but I don't know where to go to turn it on. I would appreciate some help here! Thanks

Solution
Hello Larry and welcome to the forum.
Click the start orb and type
services.msc
and hit enter
scroll near the bottom and find
Windows Search
double click it and set the startup type to automatic and click the start button.

Open the Control Panel (icon View) - Open Programs and Features.
Over top left click "Turn Windows Feaures on and off"
Scroll down to "Windows Search" and make sure it is ticked. Ok and come out of the Window(s)
Restart the computer.

Hi
Thanks for your help, I found the setting but it was checked on. Then I tried a search in my documents and it was not working. Any further suggestions?
