I cannot get the following to install, any ideas why or the fix for this issue?

What is the error code when they failed to installed?

error code 643, 646 or 1603 ?

That code indicates you do not have admin rights, or not enough permission to install.
Are you the admin ?

See if this Microsoft article can help you.....

The article suggest using Microsoft Safety Scanner.
Go ahead and use it.
After that install Malwarebytes (if you don't have it ) and run a full scan with Malwarebytes.

Select the Free version.
