I cannot get the following to install, any ideas why or the fix for this issue?

That code indicates you do not have admin rights, or not enough permission to install.
Are you the admin ?

Go ahead and use it.
After that install Malwarebytes (if you don't have it ) and run a full scan with Malwarebytes.
