It's there just right click on the networked computer that you want to connect to and select connect with remote desktop.You will need a user name and password on the machine you will connect to.

No...the other way. I want remotely connect to my Windows 7 PC, but Home Premium doesn't support RDP like Vista Home Premium. I know, that there was a discussion long ago, as Vista starts without RDP and some solutions, but i don't know if they would work for Windows 7.

Well, the last way is to install VNC or something like that.
