📎 AI Summary:
The thread discusses an Avast Internet Security warning that the user’s license had expired, despite the software having worked fine for years, with other programs showing similar alerts. The main follow-up question is why it briefly happened and then resolved itself a couple of hours later—possibly coinciding with a recent Google Chrome update—suggesting a temporary issue rather than a true expiration. Overall sentiment is calm and mildly humorous, with no clear evidence of a sustained problem and an implied expectation that patience is sometimes needed.

I've been using Avast Internet Security for a couple of years, all has worked fine. Now I got this note that my license has expired, some other programs also alerted about it... so I got confused. About two hours later happened what I had expected, everything worked normal. They just had some problems, I suspect it to be with the latest Google Chrome update - which hasn't worked in the best way.

Patience and perseverance are rather seldom words in the vocabulary of Homo Modernicus. We expect things to happen instantly, and we need them to happen for our satisfaction, right away.

But sometimes we just need to wait a while, since systems need time to be fixed. Gush, don't I sound wise?
