My cousin told me about a card he is using to block all viruses and malware called SafeClix, I was wondering if anyone has heard of it and your experiences. Thanks.

Well it's important to know that nothing can block or prevent everything 100%. It's probably just a sand boxed browser which is what most major browsers do. It probably just keeps everything in memory which is certainly escapable so I wouldn't personally invest money in something like this.
