Windows 7 Need help with a virus

On one of my work computer's AVG is coming up with SVCHOST.EXE virus AND REG. RTHDBPL WARNING how should I take care of this. AVG moved it to the vault. What would you guys recommend.

A highly effect solution is also MalwareBytes Anti-Malware.

You can download it from Malwarebytes , upon installing do and update and then Quick Scan
