issue persist to exist after formating (site deleted)

Hi all
Yesterday i found that my Arcgis server site was deleted and I don't know why, so I shred my services again on new site. and today the problem repeated so I decided to format my server to build every thing again from scratch. the problem is that after I made this, my site was deleted again I didn't understand what is the issue her? please any idea to explain and solve this?

We could certainly use some more information about your "Arcgis server"; is it Windows based? Linux based? etc. We'd also need to know if you are running your site on this server, or are using a paid web-hosting site, if so which one?

Hardware specs on the server PC itself would also be appreciated. If you built the server, you should have that.
