total secuirity in customer computer after installation some ms office file deleted automatically and some word file icon color changed into green and not open give the error mesage file is encrypted or u hav not permission.but have received an e mail with an excel attachment. How can I open it?

Look in any folder where you have document files. If you see a HOW_DECRYPT.txt file anywhere in these folders then you probably were hit by the Cryptowall virus which encrypts all your data and you have to pay the ransom to get your data back.
