FF 3.6b1 has been released. New feature called personas has been added. Its a type of skin like in Chrome and Windows Live. Looks cool.

Phew!! I have seen complaintes about Microsoft and their upates/new OS's. Firefox seem to be throwing them out like confetti at Wedding. Do they have a problem, I ask?

FF has always been criticized for having a slow development cycle, I think lately they have been trying to address that.

When a flaw or security hole is discovered in Firefox, they correct it immediately.

How many other software companies do that?

Kudos to the Firefox contributors

Persona has been available for quite some time as an add-on. I love it.

Mine just says "No updates Installed yet

Did you uninstall the previous version of Firefox before installing the new version?

No, it was just doing its update thing. It said there was "new" so I got it....

Maybe that's why, I just downloaded and installed the newer versions when they became available on the download sites.

I usually use MajorGeeks.com - Download Freeware and Shareware Computer Utilities. or FileHippo.com - Download Free Software for the latest versions of the most popular software.
