The default location is:

%AppData%\Roaming\Microsoft\Sticky Notes

Yes, I use this path: C:\Users\Username\Appdata\Local\Packages\Microsoft.MicrosoftStickyNotes_8wekyb3d8bbwe\ copy all the folders.
