Hi and thanks for looking! Problem - someone is receiving emails from me despite having asked to unsubscribe and having been unsubscribed. I search for the address in Contacts and the email does not exist.

Any suggestions most welcome

Windows 8 is an operating system.
Office, assuming you meant Microsoft Office, is an independent program suit.
The 2 are separate and unrelated entities.

So, please specify which version of Office are you using.
That way people will have better idea how to help.
