Windows 7 another driver problem

hey guys need help with this.

PC Dell XPS one A2420
- W7 32 bits (not got 64 because couldn't find so many drivers)
- PCI Simple Communication Controler driver I can't find nothing to fix this

there are 2 images annexed so you can see what i'm seeing

driver problem

For the "PCI Simple Communication Controler" you may want to load the modem drivers (don't see modem on devmgr) and post back with results...
