I installed a copy of the early leaked beta version and it did not require a key code. Now I have downloaded the official beta package and have the free key code so would like to insert the key code into my installed system. Anybody know how to do this?

Window 7 make it easy either right click on computer in start menu or go to Control Panel>System and Security>System scroll down and click "Change Product key" Type in your key hit next and it should activate it for you I've had mine activated since November but It should be the same on an unactivated install. This is also how you change it in vista.

Thanks! That was easy to do. Now Everest does not show a need to activate within a few days. I never had reason to change my Vista code but thanks for the info.
