Hi all. I'm new to the forum. I've been installing Windows for many years and I've seen this issue before with malware infected Windows installation files on Windows 7. If the installation is tainted, a cmd window will flash briefly before the install launch page. I have the same issue installing Windows 10 Pro or any Windows 10 version where, before the "install now" page, a cmd window will flash briefly and then disappear. I tried making a WinPE boot usb and the same thing happens. Is this behavior normal or is my installation source malware infected?

I've watched several youtube "windows 10 install" videos and in them I see the same behavior I experience. Either there are a lot of malware infected source installation iso's or this is now completely normal.
