Windows 10 Installing Windows 10 on new laptop question

Hey guys this is probably a stupid question but I just wanted to make sure ^^

So i'm buying a windows 8.1 64bit hp laptop and i'm getting it in a few weeks, will i still be able to download Windows 10 for free on it? Like is that offer still available to new laptops?

It's available for a year. No problem.
