Hello,

I recently purchased a Samsung NP900X3A-B01UB notebook and buyer said that Product Keys or COA are attached so I can do a clean install. On the bottom of the device, there is a Windows 7 symbol, but in order for me to get an ISO for Windows 7, I would need the Product Key. There is no blue sticker, and no removable battery (which I know is where the Product Key is located sometimes). Is there another place I can access the Product Key for this device that I don't know about, or is the possible the Product Key fell off?

Thank you!

Nope, you either need to get the key from the person you bought it from or I'd return the laptop.
