While downloading Windows 7, my laptop ran out of battery. When I rebooted, it told me I had to restart, so I did, but when it was done, it came to the same screen again and told me to restart again. Now I can't get on to my computer. What should I do?

Charge your battery. Keep it plugged in when you are downloading or installing Windows 7

If you were just downloading and had not started the install, why can't you get to your computer?

Is there some download manager running?

Where are you downloading from?
