I upgraded to Windows 10 and everything was fine until I started getting blue screens like mad after months of it being perfect. It turned out a stick of RAM went bad but I didn't figure that out until after I formatted and tried to install Windows 10 fresh. Anyway, during installation it asked for the Windows key but unfortunately it wouldn't accept my a Windows 8 key. For us that did the innovate upgrade how do we go about reinstalling, what key do wr use?
