Well, this is old news but even recently I attempted to update my wife's Dell laptop (Win-10 1909) to 2004 and the 20H2 with frustrating results. Now I must confess to being in the "computer business" for more than 60 years and doing PCs since the early 1970's, so I am new at this. After several attempts to install v2004 on her laptop I gave up. I think it has to do with drivers or a couple other items suggested by at least a million web sites, but nothing worked. I am sure others herein have experienced similar problems.
