Windows 7 Desktop Background when Computer is Locked

I am running the RTM build of Windows 7 and cannot figure out how I can choose the desktop background when I Lock the computer.

I have my own custom theme, and several otehr personalizations but can't find where to do this...

Any ideas?

I belive you are looking to change the Log-on screen/Lock screen this will help you choose whatever you want for it
