Windows 7 Unwanted reshuffled desktop icons in Windows 7

Windows 7 reshuffles all my desktop icons everytime it reboots. Never had this problem in Vista.

How can I prevent this from happening?

Do you have the icons "aligned to grid"?

Tried with and without grid alignment.

Have realised when I switch off or restart myself I get the same desktop, when windows
does the reboot, to install updates for instance, they get shuffled and reorganised.
