delay

Since upgrading to Win 10 I have noticed that when shutting down my PC one or two programs seem to be delaying the shutdown. The program descriptions don't seem to be in English, possibly Chinese or Japanese, and after a few seconds shutdown proceeds. I have investigated, but can find no reason...

I downloaded windows 10 upgrade from windows 7 on 8/2 and I still cannot activate after several calls to the answer desk/ My product code has been verified by them as good and I have been told to wait 24 to 48 hours several times. Still not able to activate. How much longer do I have to wait?

When I press right click on a program on the taskbar to exit, pin, open...etc, there is a little delay around 2 seconds then it opens. Anyone else has this problem or has a fix?
