I have a problem with my Dell Inspiron 3000 Series Windows 8.1. It will detect several networks in the area, but I can only connect to the ones which are not password protected. I keep trying to connect to my home network with (what I think) is the correct password, but it says, "Connection is taking longer than usual", then it fails. Does anyone know how to fix this? My brother's identical Inspiron is running Windows 8 and it has no problems...
Also, this is probably not network based, but sometimes the computer has a huge delay between clicking icons and opening the program...like, one to two minutes...could this be a virus? Norton 360 hasn't discovered anything...
