Tried to restore from windows 10 debacle. Ended up trying to reset to factory settings. Now I'm getting missing OS message. Any help would be greatly appreciated. (HP laptop)

I have not been able to resolve this problem. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I am attaching a dump.
