    Windows 7 Moving and Transferring Files Slow

    It'll take 15 minutes to upload 200MB to and external drive. Moving pictures to a new folder takes a little while, and the window doesn't refresh, so even once they're done, I can't tell until I go to the destination folder.

    Windows Vista windows vista on new pc...wers the cd???
