partitioning

I have a fixed-size partition C for my Windows 7 (I've given it almost 100 GBs and I don't download anything or leave it on C. I have Linux installed as well) and It's coming closer and close to being full. I'd like to hear your suggestions/advice on how you guys deal with this issue/problem?
