problem

My Windows 8 is all sorts of screwed up! My Googled Chrome is crazy; all of my words are spread out. When I type, nothing shows up except for spaces. Websites look fine, but Chrome itself is not. My desktop and all other programs are also screwed up. I have some screenshots for you.
