Bavo.com is reporting that through a registry tweak Windows 8.1 update can be accessed early through Windows update. Apparently this has now been patched by MS although there are still links to access an early copy.

I have a dual monitor setup, and I was wondering. How can I have a button next to the minimize button, to send the window to the other monitor?
If it is maximized, it will be maximized on the other monitor, and vice versa.

There is this white bar that comes up when I double click on to open my emails. It's as in the pic I attatched.
When I hover over it with my mouse.... the icons will show, but I have to do this for every email that I open.
