I have had this problem for some time. Don't remember if it was a problem with build 1803, but for sure since the beginning of build 1809. I have the screen turning off after 30 minutes, sleep after 60 minutes, and no hibernate. Yet about a third of the time it will not come out of sleep...

I was hooked one more than one monitor a number of years ago. It is better than virtual desktops. I'm running 3 monitors at one time on my tower, all at 1920x1080. I also have a laptop that runs 1366x768. It is so depressing to have one small screen, when I could be on three screens.

I have this odd square in the top left of my monitors: I have changed the PC, the GPU and the monitors but it still shows.
